Like the way you, brought into focus, how!when you learn new things, those things grab your attention, when seen, and start an awareness,of those things, coupled by,how those things fit into the bigger picture, and give you an awareness, that has always been in front of you, that now is as plain as could be!Starting like a domino affect.

I love your video, You articulate what I have come to realize, if I don’t take a positive step to improve or fulfill my life than I become mundane, stuck in a rut. Every month I find something substantial to do, mostly travel, and creativity.

I have learned that TV is a waist of time, full of sensationalism and drama. Type on YouTube “Network” The subject is on main stream media. Waist no more time with TV.

Boredom is produced when you lose the ability to create your own enviornment and future.
Boredom also leads to stress, anger and depression.

That is one of the happiest women I’ve ever met in my life. She has lots of money too, the money just doesn’t drive her happiness.

Maybe you (the girl on the video) should consider to become buddhist since you are unhappy with ordinary stuff like buying things, etc
I think junk TV programs are the ones that are bad for the mind but the TV itself is just a device-tool. I’d just watch documentaries, “History” channel or the news and not be a zombie.
I think many people is aware of happiness that you mention but they took other decisions and have no time due to their jobs, kids and while you read, they do the loundry.
    Regards.

thank you very much for this video. I went through an extremely difficult period in my life. It was joining a painting class and a few yoga classes and reading that made me snap out of my sad spell. It was the best thing I have ever done for myself, and I will continue to grow and learn for as long as I live. I bet you would be a wonderful friend.
