In my novice studies over the years of people and what makes them tick, Tony Robbins and many other self help guru’s have tapped into these 6 Secrets. I’ve stumbled over them time and time again but was too focused on the dollar more than I was truly connecting with people.

Hence if you’re like I was you have completely missed these 6 human desires. Apply them in your one on one efforts and win big in your business, mainly because you help your prospects win as well because you’re truly listening to them.
.
I know you’ve heard it all before, “discover your prospects problems and show them where you have the answer.”
.
But what if you’re not able to get close enough to find out their problems? Ah, great question.
.
How I Came Upon These 6 Secrets
.
In my now, study of internet marketing, (And marketing in general) the likes of Frank Kern, Eban Pagan, Joe Vitale and Dan Kennedy have all talked about the same thing. I’ve been able to start to apply this knowledge to my network marketing business as well as my online business New Way of Wealth.

“So what,” you say?
.
Well I said the same thing 8 years ago. When I stepped into the home business world. I figured I was self improved enough. (I know how amateur of me). I’ve since of course been of different mind.
.
Well I was listening to some old David De Angelo Cd’s this past week (one of Eban Pagans pen names) and he quoted something very profound. “Hang around those who are seeking the truth and run from those that say they have found it.”
.
Well I haven’t found the truth but I will say that I stumbled upon something that is probably very old hat to many successful marketers but new hat to you and should improve your ability to connect with your audience/prospects as a marketer.
.
That’s right. If you’re working from home and in the network marketing world, you’re a marketer. Make no bones about it.

6 Primary Emotional Drivers
.
A little insight: I subscribe to Frank Kern’s Mass Control Monthly and his insight as to human nature is remarkable to me. I notice that a lot of the top internet marketing Guru’s (And anyone successful in Marketing period) are tapped into understanding influence and persuasion, big time.
.
Well in one of the DVD’s he talks about the 6 primary emotional drivers and low and behold I went searching for them. (He teased me and only mentioned two of them in the video)
.
Well I found them and who did I find them from? Tony Robbins.

My problem sometimes in the past was finding a way to connect with people. I was able to engage and start to build trust, but not connect on a more intimate level. In network marketing a lot of new people blanket their prospects with facts and garbage that the victim has no interest in.
.
I get new people all the time asking me for the secret phrase that will get everyone interested.
.
There isn’t one.
.
However I will give you a few keys to understanding what drives people in general. Hopefully you will start applying this knowledge in the form of promoting what’s important to your prospect and to hone your skills. (This works for anyone in a position where they interact with people, not just network marketing)
.
6 Basic Human Needs
.
Ok finally here they are:
.
1. Certainty-People love routines, even if they are bad for them
2. Uncertainty-i.e. Surprises & Variety
3. Significance-Violence is immediate significance
4. Love & Connection
5. To Grow
6. Contribute -to something outside of ourselves.
.
The first 4 are called Needs of The Personality-Very ego driven and easy to spot if you’re looking for them
.
The last 2 are called Needs of The Spirit and are very powerful of course also.
.
This is just surface coverage of these fantastic insights. I would encourage you to watch the below video to see Tony digging into these 6 Human Needs. To understand what primarily drives people and why gives you a greater ability to engage in proactive empathy. Thus the ability to touch peoples lives.
